Last Days

Posted by: Empyrean Asunder

Last days I can see the blind man leading me I can see the starving hanging from the trees Just like the beast to torture the innocent Just like the cops to show up and implement All of the laws that theyve once broken Striking back now becoming outspoken Supplement a life for a lifeless creature Brutality indignity a doubly feature Do what you came to do Say what you came say Spread your ignorance And get the fuck out of my way Your fruits a spoiled rotten mess Faggots wear your mommas dress Count the fucking negligence Count 2-3-4 Prostitutes are really cops The shooter shoots the dead man drops Count the god damn crooked cops 2 -3 -4 go Count these last days I recall a time when a child was so sweet Till a priest found a good child good enough to eat Yeah he fucked em in the ass then he said a little prayer Investigation over ruled and no one seemed to care Your so called faith to say the least is a little contradicting I consulted god and I saw what hes predicting Take on this voice and tell em what I gotta say Holy shit your holy pissed in a righteous kind of way I can see a hurricane killing off a nation I can see were on the brink of devastation The time has come to leave behind your legacy Load your gun strike a match Strap on your indecency Cuz its time to kill without a second look The worst of the worst will get your name in the books I believe your glorifying all the ignorant News for your life its a sad way to supplement

About Evansville, Indiana

Casino Aztar started the whole casino movement in Indiana here on the river outside of Evansville. Balance that commodity with the Wesselman Woods Nature Preserve and you have two sides of the coin that is Evansville. The city shares a few qualities with Louisville KY, but being two-and-a-half hours apart, no one realizes the connection. Both are sometimes called River City. Both have an annual “Thunder” celebration with fireworks, the Blue Angels, and river traffic. And, both have an annual street-rod gathering at the local fairgrounds. Make a trip to Evansville and Louisville each year for a double annual dose of fun. I-64 connects the two cities.

The Wesselman Woods Nature Reserve is notable for being “the largest tract of virgin forest located within any city limits within the United States.” Evansville has a lot to be proud of with this preserve. In addition, the neighborliness of the city is well known. After the 2005 Evansville tornado, FEMA noted that the city’s citizens came out quickly to help those in need. FEMA was impressed. So, are we.
